I would really recommend this venue. We used it for our wedding reception and it was excellent. The drinks & food were amazing, the staff were great & super helpful and in control on the day, and working with the events manager during the planning process was really easy and smooth. The venue is really well designed, very modern and cool. It is really handy they have a hotel attached. Overall it was perfect!
Canapes were maybe a bit too big, would be good to have more bite-size options. It is a shame the outdoor space is so far away (5 floors up) as it separates the party a lot.

Irina, Sam, Andrei and all of the staff were amazing at supporting with the event. I held 2 events as I had the venue from 12-11pm. And the changeover between clearing the area downstairs, the small touches like the personalised cocktail menu were lovely additions. The food and catering was delicious. The kitchen staff were incredibly helpful, checking in when the food was to be served as we ran slightly over on one occasion. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and canapés and I thought they were good value for money. The venue is stunning and my guests were incredibly impressed with it.
As I had intended to have a party for the second event. The sound system had a silencer/limit which meant the music wasn't as loud as I had hoped (understandably as they are attached to a hotel) - which if I had known in advance could have arranged. We managed to sort this out as our DJ was able to obtain some extra speakers and the manager went above and beyond to help too. So not a dislike, but just something to be aware of

Great venue. Really professional and accommodating staff. Guests loved the venue and the party went swimmingly. Would highly recommend for parties, especially big parties.
