Meeting and Conference Day Delegate rate

Our Day Delegate packages are available at £55.2pp (inc VAT) for a half day rate (a choice of either an arrival breakfast or a grazing lunch, 1 x snack break, unlimited teas, coffees, juices and water) and at £70.80pp (inc VAT) for a full day rate (an arrival breakfast, a grazing lunch, 2 x snack breaks, unlimited teas, coffees, juices and water). Both the half day and the full day rates also account for room/space hire and use of AV equipment.

The team was amazing, they really looked after us. They really deserve to be commended. The food was very good and they went above and beyond to cater even for the employees that came late. The games gurus really kept the party going.
There was no disable access. There was no halal food available. The karaoke was not working and there was no music to dance after the games gurus left. We thought the karaoke was separated from the main room and that the room would have music but we could barely hear anything and the karaoke wasn't working.

Helpful and attentive staff who looked after us excellently for the whole evening. The facilities were great, and the ping pong enabled people in our party to mingle and network with others from the company who they may not have previously met. Food was good, house beer/wine was great too.
Whilst the food was great, it would have been nice to have paper plates to make it easier to eat. Some of the 'finger' items were a touch messy and hence more napkins/plates would have been welcomed.

Located just 3 minutes walk from Farringdon station, Bounce offers flexible layout options ranging from up to 200 guests theatre set up through to 400-capacity standing events.  

Situated on the verified site that Ping Pong was first invented by Jaques and Son in 1901, the venue features a restaurant, bar, private room and conferencing and meeting facilities up there with the best.  

It fast became a Holborn favourite with the Ping Pong tables supplementing excellent cocktails and wood-fired pizzas, not to mention a great excuse for a team away day.

The Jaques Room is a one-of-a-kind private room at Bounce for up to 90 standing guests, offering the perfect balance of suave and edge! Ideal for smaller conferences, meetings and social events this versatile space can  also be set up theater, cabaret or boardroom style.

Hiring the room for up to six hours includes:  

Three Ping Pong tables and a Beer Pong table
