Pull aside the folding wall and tea and coffee open out into one large, versatile space. Our flexible, hands-on attitude means we can change the layout of your room mid-way through the day (at no extra charge), store materials for you in advance of your session (and return them to your office if you have too much to carry on the day) or deal with last minute requests in a fleet of foot and ‘can-do’ manner .

Right on Clerkenwell Green and just a five minute walk from Farringdon station and the bars, shops and restaurants of Clerkenwell we can offer space for 2 - 200 people.
The building has floor-to-ceiling glass walls throughout, offering thought provoking views and loads of natural daylight. Styling-wise, the theme for the building is ‘trade’, so see if you can spot the vintage trade maps and various nods to commodities from around the globe.
How you use our spaces is up to you… from creative workshops to senior team meetings to hackathons to evening events & weddings.
Our combination of dynamic, inspiring spaces and positive, knowledgeable people helps you achieve better outcomes and a better return on the time you spend with us.
