Excellent communication
I got a quick response by email with all the menus and pricing that made me feel relaxed as this was the venue I wanted and I don't need to go looking else where. I have not spoken in person to anyone yet but will be visiting the big Chill to discuss the food and drinks arrangements for the party very soon.

Really loved the place, the team were really great at accommodating all our needs and let us all enjoy to the fullest. Definitely recommend this also shout out to Cassandra who helped make the night special.
Wish the kitchen was open till a little later but just a minor thing.

I had a great time at Big Chill King’s Cross. Venue manager, Adelaide, was very responsive and on top of everything. The venue was able to accommodate for my special requests and dietary requirements. Most of the staff I interacted was very proactive though on the night some of them could have been a bit more proactive in helping out when we ran out of cutlery etc (though I understand it was a busy Saturday night). Big thanks to Adelaide for being such a great venue manager!

Really great venue, Adelaide was lovely through out the process. The room was a great size, I had 40 guests attend and we fitted easily. We also easily hit the minimum spend too!
