Bastwick 1 is a versatile and well-equipped event space located on the first floor. With ample natural daylight and air conditioning, this room provides a comfortable and functional environment for a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, and board meetings.
The room can be configured in multiple ways to meet your event's specific requirements, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 18 delegates in a cabaret-style layout or 24 in a hollow square layout. For added convenience, the room comes equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates, ensuring that everyone can stay connected throughout the event. Additionally, our audiovisual technology includes a 65" wall-mounted LCD screen, PC/laptop connections via VGA/Audio and HDMI, and a resident PC with Skype/Lync capabilities. An HD webcam and 7" wall-mounted control panel are also available to help you easily manage your audiovisual needs, while our audio conferencing system ensures that all participants can hear and be heard clearly.
