They're ready for any presentation, panel, live performance, live streaming or recording you've got to throw at them.

Lay out tables in cabaret style for 100 across the 1700 sq ft space, or seat your guests in theatre style to fill the room for 200, with full accessibility and a small kitchenette to support them throughout the day.

We’re 2 minutes from King’s Cross, St Pancras station. And, when we’re not hosting you, your hire helps us serve the local King’s Cross communities. The ground floor of the building provides a home for community activities & specialised services supporting people from all walks of life, including a debt centre, support for refugees and asylum seekers, a therapy clinic for those with additional needs, family support & help for those within the criminal justice system. Every booking fuels this ongoing story of new life.

Host rules

The room comes as a dry-hire; any production & AV can be added as extras. The room is flexible: it can be set up in theatre, cabaret, classroom or board room layouts. We are set-up for live streaming.

Rates given assume a minimum hire for 4 hours, at £300+VAT/hr. Bookings must finish and vacate the building by 11pm.

Because King's House is all about providing hope & support to more vulnerable members of the community & local area, we do not accept bookings relating to industries that have a detrimental impact on the welfare of individuals. No sweepstake, raffle, tombola, lottery or other form of gambling is to be permitted without prior consent. For this reason the hirer must honestly declare and fully represent at the outset the purpose for hiring the space - any actual or apparent misrepresentation may result in a cancellation of a booking without further liability.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Our experience with Kings House and Kings House Events Team was truly excellent. From the start, James at Kings House was extremely communicative and we were able to see the venue various times to ensure it was the perfect space for our event. We haven't run an event like this before, and despite our initial concerns, the event team made everything so easy, making this experience from start to finish really great. On the night, the event team was very supportive and relaxed, and the venue worked so well for our 20th anniversary celebrations. We couldn't thank James and the event team enough for everything they did to support our charity and make this such a special day.

King's House is a beautiful former billiard hall in the heart of King's Cross. Our newly-refurbished first-floor events space contains a 200-seat flexible auditorium, with kitchen, full PA/AV, and is fully equipped for HD live streaming and hybrid events.
