A beautiful 10-person meeting room is available for hire!

Grand boardroom table and 10 white executive chairs included with your booking.

You can have up to 16 guests in your booking, we can provide extra seating for £5 per extra chair.

Whiteboard/Flip chart available for extra £12

Green Screen is available for extra £90

Included in your booking is our brand new 65inch Ultra 4K HD LED TV with Alexa & Google Assistant built-in! We provide you with HDMI cable if you wish to connect your device.

Host your private meeting, conduct interviews, handle staffing matters, host a focus group or film a scene for a movie.

You can also film in this room!

Free filtered waters, teas and coffees are included in your booking.

If you want to bring your own food and drink into our futuristic meeting room the fee is an extra £40 and you must bring your own table covers.

Allowed events

Host rules

- No smoking in the building.
- Your booking starts from the booking time. Do not arrive more than 20 minutes early as you may be left waiting outside.
- Table covers must be bought if you want to bring your own food and drink
- There is an extra fee of £75 if you want to bring your own food and drink into the space
- We only book by the hour, no half hour sessions.
- Security is required for events with more than 50 guests. We provide registered security for your event for an additional fee.
- No drunk or disorderly behaviour.
- No drugs.
- No violence.
- Late Payment Fee - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you shall be charged a late payment fee of £20

Overtime
- If your booking over runs by more than 10 minutes you will be charged for an extra hour at the weekend rate.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
