About this space

Space 01 has a complete wall of concertina style glass doors (which are fitted with privacy glass; visitors can see out, but you cannot be seen from outside). These doors open onto a small private courtyard space in the evening, public 9-6pm.

Light & airy space, with a kitchen hatch for flexibility when catering for a reception.

Space 01 can be extended by opening the large partition wall, encompassing Space 02 if you wish.

There is a stage platform and high ceilings, pus theatre racked lighting.
A Stagepas PA system & projector are also available (Capacity 200 people)

Victoria Hall, Harrow is a dry hire venue, tables & chairs are included, all setup is done by yourself, including clearing up and restoring the space to how it is found on the day.

No smoking inside the building.
Damage done to the building will result in extra charges.

Please visit our website where you can check hire availability and make a booking request for your date and time, allowing time for your setup and clear down.

Catering: Food warming chafing dishes with wicks & flammable gel cannot be used – we only accept electrical food warmers.

We do not allow candles/tealights either. (Outlined in our Terms & conditions of Hire)

Balloon display structure/backdrop
No decorations are allowed to hung/stuck to walls/floors.
Balloons cannot be un-tied and left to float around or punctured on the premises, they must all be taken away with you at departure.
Confetti: Gold or Tissue paper is not allowed on site

Any structure must be stable and not damage the stage or flooring.

The hall is spacious and we had all the equipment we needed for a wedding reception. The communication had been swift and professional in the lead up to the reception. Clare was very helpful when we were setting up on the day.
The staff had been very helpful up until the day of the event however we were met with rudeness and condescending talk when it came to clearing up at the end of the night. We stopped the event timely and had plenty of time and people to clean up and leave. But the staff member overlooking things spoke to everyone from my mother, husband and friends with extreme rudeness. It's as if they did us a favour by lending us the space and we were causing great inconvenience. At one point she started throwing water on the floor when people were still transporting heavy boxes outside, someone could have slipped and injured themselves. It was very disappointing to be treated this way after everything had gone smoothly. We followed all the instructions, when we were informed that we need to cover the stage before consuming food there, we put table covers down. So I do not understand the necessity to take such a tone at the end.

About Victoria Hall

Victoria Hall is a newly built venue with three attractive and well-equipped spaces which can be easily adapted to meet your every need.
The spaces are modern, light and airy, making them appropriate for such events as dance, yoga or drama classes, company AGMs, board meetings, business ideas sessions, and celebrations.

Located near central Harrow, about 5 minutes walking distance from Harrow-on-the Hill underground station, Victoria Hall is a venue that is ideally situated for easy access from a wide area of West and Central London.

With a large supply of tables and chairs Victoria Hall's spaces can be adapted for many purposes and offer almost unlimited possibilities.
