We hired this venue based on the fantastic reviews and can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. The venue was excellent, with a great integrated sound system for our DJ, good ambience, private cloakroom and restroom. The drinks were high quality and food was delicious. The staff are well organised and you can tell that they are experienced. We liaised with Thea and Craig for our event and they were extremely helpful and well organised in the build up to it.
On the day, the venue manager was Emmanuel, who was assigned solely to our event. He had a sharp attention to detail, ensuring the event went exactly as we had planned. Thank you very much to all the team for a memorable night - we cannot recommended this venue enough.

We hosted a private event at the basement bar of The Oxford Market and it was fantastic in every aspect.
The team were so helpful in the weeks leading up to the event and made sure we had everything we needed on the night as well.
The basement is spacious and had everything you could need including a private toilet, cloakroom and bar. Their TV worked great for our clip screening, and karaoke and there was a great booth for our DJ set.
The canapes were delicious and came out right on time.

The Event Manager I spoke to was extremely responsive to my many questions and emails. I went through the whole event plan with Thea, and even though she was not working that evening, Sergio was on hand the whole evening.
We ran through the plan again and I was continually updated throughout the evening about where we were with the bar tab. We ordered some sharing platters, and chips which unfortunately I only saw go past me once, when I went to grab food it had all gone. All of the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and approachable.
The event space is exactly what it looks like online and I would book again without hesitation for any future events.
