About this space

Hiring the entire venue for a large celebration or corporate event would be recommended. We are particularly suited to hosting large events on a Saturday or Sunday any time of year. The surrounding area is beautiful in the summer - open and green - and twinlkly in the winter with festive lights and exciting events in the park!

The interior space is perfect for parties up to 160 people. The bar is well stocked and our mixologists are ready to serve a range of delicious cocktails!

We prefer pre-orders on food but welcome those who want to order off the menu. The terrace is huge and covered and the interiors are super chic, contemporary and unique! The perfect party venue any time of year.

Event offers and packages

At max capacity of 160 people we would expect an average price per person to be £30-£35 per head.

This will mean each person receives on average, 3 drinks and a stone baked pizza.

We retain an ON and OFF sale licence. Plastics may be required if we believe using plastics is in the interests of customer safety.
Security staff charges may apply if in the interests of customer and staff safety we decide
Smoking is allowed outside, a few paces away from the venue.
Music volume and licensing objectives are the sole responsibility of the venue and as such we reserve the right to close an event should these objectives not be met.

About Outpost

Outpost is a super chic bar/pub space located in the Queen Elizabeth’s Olympic Park in London. We are open daily for cocktails, draft and craft beers, fine wines and top notch coffee. We open at 12noon and close late, and even later on Fridays and Saturdays. Our team retain a wealth of experience hosting events and the venue is perfect for private bookings and promoted events… especially on the weekends We can hold 160 people comfortably.

Our menu is broadly Italian, serving fresh stone baked pizza with familiar meat, vegan and veggie toppings. Once tasted you’ll be guaranteed to return! We also serve sharing platters and a range of sides and party packages.

The interior is beautifully coated with coral pinks, deep blues and oak panels and is peppered with contemporary art, sumptuous furnishings and a delicious audiophile sound system. At either end of the space you’ll find two huge Kentia Palms and in the Garden Room, elegant hanging plants and an enormous deep red leather banquette. At the other end of the room, a cosy library area with a large farmhouse table surrounded by comfy sofas.

Our huge covered terrace overlooks the park and the East Bank development where you’ll discover Sadler’s Wells theatre, the V&A, the BBC and the London School of Fashion.

The Olympic Park has something for everyone and so has become London’s go too location. Transport links to Stratford are simply fantastic, connecting to St Pancras in 10 minutes and Central London in 15. The London Stadium hosts sporting events and gigs all year round and the park itself is the perfect panoramic and beautifully landscaped space to wander around, before or after your event with us!
