About this space

A versatile warehouse location, full of plants and props, suitable for filming, photography, events and workshops. Also suitable for recording sound.

Housed in a former Victorian tram depot in Clapton, East London. We have hosted supper clubs, book launches, intimate gigs, film screenings, and of course film and photo shoots.

The glass-pitched roof and large Crittall windows make it a stunning daylight studio with the option to black out the entire space if required.

Incredibly beautiful studio, the best I have found in London - owners very helpful
Parking can be challenging if you are unlucky, if there is no space you need to quickly unload then park round the other side of building with ticket from owner. It's also a touch too expensive for me as a "one man band" but I feel the price is more than fair for a larger company
