Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours. Be mindful of neighbouring spaces and our community.

Pets Policy:
While we love animals, pets are generally not allowed unless specified in advance. Please check with us for any exceptions.

Security and Access:
Ensure that doors are securely closed and locked when leaving the space. Report any security concerns promptly.

Clean-Up:
Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. £60 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive mess.

Nudity
No nudity allowed in this space as windows look out on public area.

The cleanliness and the quality of the space.
We booked the studio to film. There was an outside fitness class happening at the same time blasting music. We were lucky to have a talented videographer & editor that can work around it. But if we needed silence (which one usually does when they are filming???) we would have been screwed. Pretty wild a rehearsal space doesn’t warm you a fitness class will be going on

Lots of communication with plenty of notice regarding how to get in. Tables and chairs available in the room, natural lighting. Will definitely use again!
The dark beam in the middle of the ceiling (which I absolutely know can’t be helped) but it does block some lighting when filming
