Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made during regular periods (excluding busy periods such as Christmas and Easter breaks), a full refund of the hire fee will be given if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the hire fee will be charged, and if it is made less than 24 hours 100% of the hire fee will be charged.
For bookings during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter breaks, a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for cancellations. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled booking start time, the hire fee will not be refunded, unless circumstances are such that justify a partial refund.
In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, such as severe weather or illness, the customer must notify us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate the customer's needs.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will provide the customer with as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund of the hire fee or to accommodate the customer on a different date based on the customer's sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Black Rock has established a prominent reputation as one of the top whisky bars in the UK since its doors first opened in March 2016.
Its centrepiece is an 18ft, 185-year-old oak tree trunk which doubles as an interactive cocktail aging system.
