An airy, warehouse-style hall with high ceilings, exposed beams, and wooden floors. There is a bar nook and separate break-out room included in the space, with a commercial kitchen leading off the hall. The combination of the open floor plan and unique architectural elements make this venue a stylish and versatile choice for any occasion.
Kitchen access (including appliances & utensils) can be hired as an add-on. AV equipment, with a sound technician, can also be included as an add-on. Add-on options go up to 7hrs, however, if you require the AV equipment/sound technician for any longer, please get in touch.

Hire times must include set up and set down and the venue must be left as you found it by the end of your booking time.
This venue has a strict no smoking and vaping policy on any part of the premises at all times. We discourage the use of uncovered candles, BBQs, sparklers, lighters and other uses of open flame. Any open flames may only be used with prior approval and under the supervision of the venue manager.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy to illegal drugs being brought onto the premises. Anybody found with illegal drugs in their possession will be evicted from the venue immediately and the venue managers reserve the right to shut down the event with immediate effect.
We are located in a residential area, and we wish to respect our neighbours. The venue must be closed by 11pm, and the hirer is responsible for ensuring guests are quiet and respectful on the streets surrounding the building.
The venue manager will not tolerate abusive (physical or verbal) behaviour and has the right to cancel or remove a booking if encountered.
Any damages or breakages that occur during the booking must be immediately reported to the venue manager on site. The client is solely liable for any damages to the property or fixtures and fittings and will be billed for the cost of repairing any damage caused during the booking.
No lighting, heating, power, cabling, or other electrical fittings or appliances are to be altered, moved, or used within the Venue without prior consent of venue manager. If additional electrical equipment has been approved, the client must make sure it meets all relevant health and safety legislation and requirements.
Overnight storage of decorative or other items is not permitted.
