Dating back to the 1800s and previously used to accommodate Kensington’s builders, this friendly pub is one of the most established watering holes in the area and a cornerstone of the neighbourhood’s history. Dog-friendly and enduring popular with local residents, workers, and visitors alike, The Builders Arms has been lovingly restored, retaining many of its original Georgian features.

At the very heart of Kensington, nestled amongst a maze of picturesque Georgian terraces, the pub’s location offers the perfect spot for relaxation and refreshment after a day out at one of the area’s prestigious museums, a concert at the nearby Royal Albert Hall, or a walk around Kensington Palace Gardens.

The Builders Arms combines traditional wood-panelling, period features and contemporary touches, boasting an open fire, private function room and a patio terrace out front – perfect for al-fresco dining or a glass of something special whilst watching the world go by. Fostering an authentic community atmosphere, this welcoming pub holds the spirit of the great British local close to its heart.

Well-connected to the rest of the capital via High Street Kensington tube station and a multitude of bus routes, The Builders Arms attracts a diverse clientele and expertly mixes a traditional local feel with a touch of urban refinement.
