About this space
Treat the kids to a fun and exciting birthday at The Postal Museum. Have a go at being a postie and discover an immersive mini-town with streets, buildings, trolleys, pulleys and slides in Sorted! our indoor play area and then continue the fun with a ride on Mail Rail, London’s secret underground railway. All party packages include an exclusive party room and party bags for the kids.
First Class! package starts from £800 + VAT and includes:
- 45 minute slot for your child and 19 of their friends in Sorted!
- A ride on Mail Rail for your child, 19 of their friends and 10 accompanying adults
- Use of our exclusive party room for 2.5 hours

Special Delivery! package starts from £600 + VAT and includes:

This package is for a minimum of 20 children, aged 8 and under. More children can be added at an additional cost.

10 CANCELLATION FEES
10.1 If the Client has the right to end the Hire Contract the Client must inform the Venue by doing one of the following:
10.1.1 by calling or emailing the Venue using the contact details in clause 2; or
10.1.2 by writing to the Venue at the address set out in clause 2.
The Client may use the model cancellation form set out in the appendix to these Terms and Conditions.
Amount of notice Cancellation charge
91 days or more prior to the Event Day • the Deposit
Between 90 and 30 days prior to the Event Date • 75% of the Venue Hire Charge; and
• the Extra Service Fees (and if applicable any Additional Item
Costs) paid and/or payable by the Client (depending on the
date of cancellation), as compensation for the costs that the
Venue will incur as a result of the termination of the Hire
Contract.
Less than 30 days prior the Event Date • 100% of the Hire Cost; and
• the Extra Service Fees (and if applicable any Additional Item Costs)
paid, and/or payable by the Client (depending on the date that of
cancellation), as compensation for the costs that the Venue will incur as
a result of the termination of the Hire Contract.

About The Postal Museum
The Postal Museum and Mail Rail is a unique event venue situated in Farringdon, Central London that will provide memorable experiences as well as a beautiful subterranean event space which includes an immersive underground ride through the 100 years old secret tunnels.
The Mail Rail is a captivating underground blank canvas space, set in a historical building with countless fascinating architectural features, including exposed brickwork, vaulted arches and railway influences.
Our Mail Rail venue is highly adaptable, with a capacity that can host 275 standing and 150 seated. We can host a variety of events within our space such as:
• Dinners, parties and receptions
• Bar and bat mitzvahs
• Product launches and award ceremonies
• Networking and breakfast briefings
• Fashion shows
• Filming and photography
In addition, our Mail Rail train can be hired for your event for an additional fee to enhance your guests event experience. Each train can accommodate up to 20 guests with a journey time lasting 15 minutes.
Our additional space the Postal Museum Courtyard is also available for hire, with a capacity that can host 120 standing and 60 seated.
This space is perfect for receptions, networking events, pre wedding receptions, BBQ's and much more. Our contemporary space comes with the added benefit of exclusive use of a sunny outside courtyard and the opportunity to include a private museum tour as part of the guests’ experience.
