About this space
Types of use we can accommodate include: Theatre rehearsals, productions, live music, film shoots, parties, conferences, pop-ups, art exhibitions, film screenings, book launches, dance workshops, talks and lectures, educational and charity events.
These are just a few ideas but we’ve had hundreds over the years so if you’re not sure, just ask!
We encourage inclusive, public-facing events and we love hearing ideas from members of the community for things we can host at the Rose Lipman. If you have an idea but are not sure how to go about putting it on, get in touch, and let’s have a chat.

No smoking in the building, outside catering is allowed, bring your own alcohol is allowed. For events with live performance and/or the sale of alcohol, or for ticketed events, we will need at least two weeks notice.

About Rose Lipman Building
Large hall with stage in 1960s brutalist building in central London.
The space is awaiting renovation and has an authentic, unpolished look, with original features. The space has daylight and overhead lighting, the 120v power is limited but 3 phase can be brought in with an extension. There is currently no heating.
The hall space is 144sqm plus the large stage and kitchen area. There are chairs and trestle tables which come with the space.
