About this space
This events space which is perfect for a multitude of events.
Conferences, team building, meetings, and award evenings. We have an AV system in house and can hold events up to 10pm with music. 140 people standing or 40 in theatre style seating, we can also offer up to 40 people the space to have a co-working environment set up.
The basement is under our working offices so load in has to be done in a mindful way as until 17:30pm, we will have staff on site. It has separate toilets, kitchenette and fridges to store drinks. Any hire will be required to complete a Risk assessment & method statement for the event.
Any branding or stands must not be fixed to the walls, they must be free standing.

Guests under 18 are not allowed
Host rules
Security and cleaning are mandatory for each event and are charged on top of the booking fee.
No more than 200 guests on site.
No smoking, no hot food or glass bottles.
First aider's must be brought in to cover the event.
Events must finish at 10pm, no music or audio after this time.
Guests must be respectful of the residents above the property.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
