The owner was very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. He allowed me to view the venue beforehand, answered all my questions, and assured me everything would run smoothly on the day – and it truly did! The venue itself was fantastic, and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff on the night were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Andrew was also present throughout the evening, ensuring everything was going well and that my guests and I were having a great time. I appreciated his hands-on approach and his efforts to make the event stress-free. I loved that we were allowed to bring our own cake without any additional fees, which was a lovely touch. The DJ booth was excellent, and everything ran smoothly, ensuring the night was filled with great music and vibes. Many of my friends commented on how much they liked the venue, with some even enquiring about hiring it for their own events. All in all, The Alaska Waterloo is a brilliant venue with amazing value for money, an incredible team, and an owner who genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for his clients. I would definitely recommend this venue and will be using it again for future events.

Nestled in the heart of Waterloo, the Alaska venue provides an excellent setting for various types of gatherings.

With a seating capacity of 75 people and a standing capacity of 120 people, our venue is perfectly suited for your celebratory needs. Our space is enhanced by vibrant LED lights, a quality sound system, and a fully stocked bar, ensuring a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for your event.

In addition, we have a small stage set up for music performances, adding an extra touch of entertainment to your gathering.

In order to confirm our ability to host your event, kindly provide us with all the details of your proposed event. This should include whether it is private or promoted, if it is a ticketed event, the average age of attendees, the music genres and proposed DJs, a social media link to your brand for promoted events, and any special requests.
