Rules of the space

Host rules

You will be responsible for any damages incurred during your booking.
You are welcome to bring your own DJ. We do not provide any DJ equipment. DJs will need to bring their own which we can link up to our PA system via XLR input.
All DJs booked to play at any private functions must provide us with a scan of a valid ID (passport, driving license) prior to the event.
Alternatively, you can connect to the PA system to play your own music via a 3.5mm AUX cable, however note that we do not provide phone or device adapters.
All guests must be able to provide us with a valid form of ID upon arrival.
You must provide a guestlist for your event, with full names submitted to hello@queenofthesouthpub.co.uk. This must be submitted 5 days before the event.
You are responsible for the behaviour of all your guests. Anyone found in violation of our venue rules and policies will be ejected from the premises and/or reported to police if necessary.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within the venue - anyone caught doing so may be asked to leave the site.
Queen of the South reserves the right to search any bags brought into the venue.
We ask that details of any decorators arriving pre-event to set up are given three days before the event date.
Cloakroom facilities are not guaranteed and we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property left unattended on the premises.
You may decorate the space, but nothing can be attached to the walls which may damage paintwork. We ask that you do not use glitter or confetti.
No furniture is permitted to be removed from the room.
Helium canisters are not permitted anywhere in or around the venue.
Smoke machines are not permitted anywhere in the venue.
Sparklers and other pyrotechnics are not permitted anywhere within the venue.
The room is available to and from your pre-agreed times. All guests must vacate the room at the end
