About this space
Our Grade II listed building surrounds a beautiful, sunny courtyard, which makes a great edition for outdoor catering, summer parties, and big festivals.
The windows of the Workers' Bar and Fireworks Factory open back directly into the Courtyard, to give a great indoor/outdoor feel to larger events.
From June - Sept we also have a shipping container bar and sand beach, so you and your guests can sit back sipping cocktails in our colourful deck chairs.

- Real candles are allowed but have to be enclosed
- No confetti on tables
- Confetti can only be thrown outside the building and in courtyard. It needs to be petals / natural only. Biodegradable confetti is not a substitute.

London City Airport is minutes away.
We can accommodate a variety of capacities and layouts, across seven different spaces, up to a maximum of 1800 guests. Our dedicated events team would be delighted to show you the spaces, regardless of what type of event you have in mind.
