• Please keep music to reasonable levels
• Breakages, destruction of property and leaving the premises in a reasonably clean state will be charged for (this may exceed the deposit fee)

The venue was outstanding and perfect for a summer party. So many of the guests made comments about how beautiful it was. The service from Magda was great from start to finish. We ended up extending the party by 2 hours as the kids and grown up were having a fantastic time. Thanks so much!

The Garden Room is a multi-purpose community events space in the new and exciting area of Barking Riverside, within Barking and Dagenham, on the Thames River.

The space can be accessed by car, overground rail, bus, Uber Boat (Thames Clipper) and provides a modern and serene space to hire.

The garden room within this space has been created to cater specifically for children's parties, baby showers, gender reveals, and family events and is especially inviting during the Summer months.
