The St James suite of rooms, with their large sash windows overlooking Pall Mall are ideal for smaller functions needing more intimate surroundings. They are also interlinking which means that you have the option of opening them up or using one as a breakout or catering room.

116 Pall Mall is close to Piccadilly Circus and Charing Cross stations, there is parking in Waterloo Place adjacent to the building.
The main function rooms and business centre are available for exclusive hire weekdays, the other rooms including cafe and wine bar are available in the evenings.
The entire building is available on weekends for exclusive hire with the option of bringing in approved external caterers, speak to our sales executives for more information.
We work with Searcys, our in-house caterer, and are able to tailor packages and menus to work with a client's requirements.
Post events we encourage the use of the wine bar to relax and finish those negotiations.

About 116 Pall Mall
A stunning Georgian venue in the heart of London. Originally designed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion; it dates from the early 1820s and is Grade I listed. Originally the home to the United Services Club, the building contains many of the clubs original treasures.
With five floors of event space including seven ornate function rooms, a state of the art Business Centre, meeting rooms, Art Deco café and vaulted brick wine bar, 116 Pall Mall is able to cater for a range of corporate or private events.
With five areas licensed for weddings, the ornate and sweeping grand staircase and the gallery can also be personalised for a special wedding day. We also have a private garden which provides the perfect backdrop for photographs and can be hired in the summer months for drinks receptions of up to 300.
In recent years Downton Abbey has been filmed in the building, as have scenes in The Dark Knight, Gandhi and Foyle’s War. James Bond author Ian Fleming was a regular diner at 116 Pall Mall during WW2 when he was a member of naval intelligence.
Although the way events look may have changed, we know how important face-to-face interaction and shared live experiences are, whether you’re holding a business meeting, training course, a wedding, or just need a space to work with colleagues. We have taken extensive measures to ensure we are a fully COVID-19 secure venue and will continue to explore ways that allow you to inspire and connect with others safely.
