About Pine Hill
Our detached house location is situated on a quiet, private road in the historic market town of Epsom, Surrey. It is a compelling and versatile setting for film, television, commercials, music promos and photo shoots.
The house is a 15 minute walk from Epsom station - with good connections to Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge - and also has easy access to the M25 and Gatwick Airport. We have a generous driveway with off-street parking for several vehicles and there is the possibility for further parking on the road.
At approximately 161 sq. m. (1,734 sq. ft.), the house has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with stone worktops, a spacious living room centred around a log burner, three bedrooms, a study, an upstairs family bathroom and downstairs shower room. Of particular note is the prevalence of dual-aspect rooms, affording filmmakers the flexibility to manage and manipulate lighting to suit their creative vision.
