The Penthouse is a stunning light-filled event space with uninterrupted views of London's iconic skyline. Comprising of high end and industrial features, the penthouse has concrete walls, a solid stone floor, large balconies, kitchen & bathroom and 45m of floor-to-ceiling windows. Striking textures and warm tones are complimented by an abundance of natural light at all times of day.

A generous whole-floor space in London Bridge ideal for your conference, meeting, exhibition or talk. With nearly 360 degree views of London from the two balconies your guests can see the Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern, London Eye, and landmarks of South London.

With room for 60 seated theatre style or standing, 50 banquet style and 45 cabaret style the Penthouse is highly adaptable to suit the layout desired for your event. The kitchen is situated on the west side, bathroom on the east side. The lift opens into Penthouse lobby enabling disabled access.

The Penthouse has large velvet sofas, hanging rails, a boardroom style table for 15, a selection of seating, mirrors and an abundance of plants. All furniture is fully moveable and can be used in any internal area of the space. We have a 75" TV screen, flipcharts and whiteboards available for hire. 3 phase power with a 63 plug is available for film shoot.

1. Aberdeen Angus beef fillet with celeriac mash & a truffled madeira jus
2. Thai baked seabass wrapped in a banana leaf with black bean sauce & sticky jasmine rice
3. Slow cooked Massaman lamb shank with sweet potato mash & pak choi

Penthouse rate:
Full day 9-hour hire at £3300, as in 9 hours between 08:00-20:00.

Half day hire at £2400 available with fixed timings (8am to 2pm or from 2.30-8.30pm). Otherwise it would be considered as a full day hire. Hourly rate at £408 per hour, with minimum of 6 hours hire per each booking.

Additional cost for before 8am or after 8pm might occur, and we can open until 11pm and on weekends, please contact for specific quote.

Styled with a cornucopia of plants, vibrant furniture and vintage pieces the Penthouse is a unique venue ideal for your private party, conference, product launch, business meeting, wedding, private dining, talk/conference, fashion exhibit etc.

A popular location for filming, fashion stills and advertising shoots, the Penthouse has been featured in the Evening Standard Style, Folio Magazine, Netflix and Wonderland, among many others.

Occupying the top floor of a Southwark Street property, the Penthouse has 263 sqm of floor space and 67 sqm split across two large balconies. Access is by lift into a lobby opening into the penthouse.
