Important Information
- Parking available between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. The parking barrier will go down if staying beyond these hours.
- A respectful noise protocol is required to maintain our peaceful locality.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an over 18-year-old.

Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours. Be mindful of neighbouring spaces and our community.

Clean-Up:
Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. £60 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive mess.

Very nicely organised studio space, great deal in that part of London as mainly studios are located in south or further east
Modern studio with great space to use. Amazing communication from the host.
No car park during evening hours is a bit downfall but nearby off street parking available instead.
