About this space
Our state-of-the-art theatre is available for hire in no-production periods. The 100-seater theatre is equipped with AV, lighting, a projector and special fold-away fixed-tiered seating. On top of that it has exclusive access to our fully-equipped dressing rooms.
This is the perfect space for big events such as theatre productions, concerts and conferences.
On weekends, there is a minimum hire duration of 3h.
On top of that, we also have our in-house cafe/bar which, upon availability, can open tabs/accommodate any other special requests. This bar is subject to an additional minimum spend.

- Outside catering only allowed if building-own cafe/bar cannot provide catering.

About Collective Acting Studio
Collective is a thriving creative performing arts hub in Finsbury Park. It is home to a variety of theatre and production companies and other creative community organisations.
All our performance spaces and rehearsal rooms are available for hire.
We offer spaces of multiple sizes, so we can accommodate a multitude of different bookings such as performances, rehearsals, workshop and 1:1 teaching or therapy sessions.
