Located in the bustling Theatre district in London’s Covent Garden, St Martins Lane London, is a dramatic and daring evolution on English luxury, complete with an array of amazing venues that are perfect for private hire. Our recently launched Basement Venue is set to be a destination sensation and is available for private hire for up to 100 guests, or for up to 175 guests if hired with The Den and The Den Terrace. With a built in screen and projector, 60" LED screen, Microphone, WIFI, Mood Light settings and DJ equipment, Basement Venue is the perfect place for private functions, product launches and cocktail and canapés receptions. Available until 1am.

Not only is the venue sophisticated, chic and high end. The service from initial visit to planning and the actual event itself was outstanding! Attention to detail was impeccable and the service staff on the evening were absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for more. They did everything to ensure the evening ran smoothly as well as feeling like part of the extended family and made all our guests feel welcome which was an important factor for me. My expectations were exceeded. Yvie has been an absolute pleasure to work with and the Manager on the night Julianna (I believe) was blooming fantastic she was on top of everything at every stage and just amazing - the whole team was fantastic I cannot stress this enough. Thank you so much - the memories of this evening will not be forgotten. I have been inundated with messages and calls from the guests with nothing but compliments!

the lead up to the event wasnt as smooth as would have liked, sometimes long delays in replies and the hotel weren't overly flexible.

At night, guests will find a hidden entrance to Blind Spot London, an innovative cocktail bar, behind the tea counter’s posh façade. Blind Spot London is a golden cocktail sanctuary designed like a modern hunting lodge and inspired by the colours and aromas of exotic tea leaves.
