Entire Venue at BAO King's Cross
About this space
BAO King's Cross is inspired by the western style cafes in Asia, the Boleros of Taiwan to the Kissetens of Japan, and can accommodate up to 48 guests seated or 120 standing.
Tables on our ground floor are situated beneath Akari Light Sculptures by Isamu Noguchi. The first floor mezzanine provides an additional dining room, which can be used for cloakroom requirements, along with bi-fold windows overlooking the main space - an ideal spot from which to deliver a speech. Champagne cocktails on arrival, canapes, DJ’s and entertainment can all be provided.
We offer a premium menu for those hosting a private event and we can also create bespoke XL sad bao cakes, as per the image above, for a real statement piece at your event. We cater for most dietary requirements and offer special vegan and vegetarian menus. Please note menus are subject to change.

About BAO King's Cross
BAO Kings Cross is inspired by the western-style cafes commonly found throughout Asia, as well as Taiwan’s oldest and most iconic restaurant Bolero, and the old kissatens of Japan.
It is the first BAO location open for all-day dining, and the menu features BAO’s greatest hits as well as new dishes filled with BAO’s signature innovative twists. Classic western and Asian dishes sit alongside each other in harmony.
