Prices
Each session is based on the hours of 12:00-17:00 & 18:00-23:00.
The Private Bar downstairs can be opened with a £75 hire fee.

Terms, Conditions & Fees;
• All sit-down meal bookings must dine from the Celebration Menu (minimum 2 courses) / Sunday Celebration Menu (minimum 2 courses) or Children’s Menu (if applicable).
• No entertainment is allowed other than the pub’s background music played through the pub speakers. The volume is controlled by the Duty Manager and is set to a level not to cause a disturbance to other guests.
• Pre orders are required for all sit-down meals, buffets and drinks packages and must be received at least 7 days prior to the event.
• Maximum 5-hour time slot for all private hire bookings and 2 hours for non-private hire bookings.
Bookings in the Conservatory only:
1. Sit-down meals of 19 guests or above will be considered Private Hire and the Room Hire Fee applies.
2. For sit-down meals of 18 guests or less, Private Hire is optional. If Private Hire is required, then the Room Hire Fee applies.
If Private Hire is not required, a £10.00 per person deposit applies.
3. For buffets or drinks only bookings, the Room Hire Fee applies.
The Deposit OR Room Hire Fee and Bar Opening Fee are due at time of booking:
Deposit and Room Hire Policy: Bookings cancelled more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled up to 48 hours before will be able to redeem their payment against an alternative booking date. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit their payment. For sit-down meals, this will also apply if less guests arrive than have been booked and we have not been notified within the above timeframes.
Bookings in The Hampstead Room only: The Room Hire fee applies to all bookings.
The Room Hire Fee is due at time of booking.

The Freemasons Arms is a premium pub, bar, and restaurant with its very own courtyard and garden, centrally located in the heart of the picturesque town of Hampstead. Our central location in Hampstead means that we’re local to Hampstead Heath Park and Garden, as well as Fortune Green, Childs Hill and Gospel Oak.
Nearby are a plethora of local attractions and points of interest such as, Kenwood House, Camden Arts Centre, Fenton House, Freud Museum London, and Keats House. Our talented chefs are experts when it comes to serving up a moreish and deliciously tempting selection of dishes. From our scrumptious Sunday roasts, freshly prepared mains, and classic pub favourites, there’s sure to be something for everyone.
And, when the temperature rises, why not pass by for a refreshing drink or a bite to eat in our lovely garden area, which is perfect for accommodating all of your alfresco dining requirements. Our spacious outdoor seating area allows you to dine, relax, and mingle in the sunshine. It’s worth noting that we don’t take bookings for outside tables, but feel free to walk in and ask for availability in our beer garden.
