Security Guard Requirement: 14 Cavendish, W1, situated in a residential area, mandates the inclusion of essential items in addition to the hire fee. A Security Guard is imperative for the live event's commencement. The security guard must be on-site at least 1 hour before the event starts. The Venue Manager at Lock Studios will provide crucial information to the security guard regarding emergency exits, rules, and regulations. The security guard is required to stay until the de-rigging process is completed.
Live Bands and DJs Approval: Live bands and DJs are permitted to perform music within the Venue, subject to specific conditions. Lock Studios Ltd requires prior written approval for the engagement of these entertainers. Such approval must be obtained at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
Noise Restrictions: Strict noise restrictions are in place, with a specific decibel level of 65-90DB associated with the venue. It is imperative to acknowledge the venue's proximity to residential areas. Adherence to these noise restrictions is mandatory for all events hosted at the Studio.
