About this space
The community studio is well lit, wheelchair accessible and contains no stairs. The studio is situated on the ground floor and has an in house AV system for sound, projection facilities and a sink.
The space would suit workshops, meetings, small private events and is open to the community and those further afield.

For any public events, the hirer must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance at least 1 week before the event.
All bookings must include time for setting up and clearing away. Any additional time before or after the event will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the agreed hourly rate.
Hirers are expected to only use the rooms / facilities as agreed in advance. Use of additional rooms and facilities is not permitted and additional hire charges may apply for use of extra spaces.
Belongings are stored at owner’s own risk. Tannery Arts and Drawing Room is not liable for any loss or damage to stored goods whether through accident or other eventuality. No items may be stored in the space outside of the agreed hire times and space. All belongings must be removed from the premises at the finish of the hire. No belongings are to be stored for collection at a later date.
The room must be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish left in the bins provided.
We reserve the right to charge the hirer for any damage to the space or equipment provided, whether this is by the hirer’s staff or guests.
All fire doors must be kept closed and clear of obstruction.
Smoking is not permitted inside or immediately outside any of our building. Please advise smokers that they must move at least 10 meters away from the building should they wish to smoke.
Children must be always supervised.
Tannery Arts and Drawing Room, its staff and Board will not be liable for any loss, costs, damage, or liabilities caused or arising to the extent they can be excluded or limited at law. Will not be liable if the venue is unavailable due to reasons outside of our control.
The person making this booking takes responsibility for the guests attending the activity.
We will not accept any verbal and/or physical abuse from hirers and/or their visitors/guest towards staff. Hirers and their guests may be asked to leave the premises if such abuse takes place.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Our Community Studio is available for hire to our community and the public for uses such as workshops, speeches, book launches, meetings etc.
It is a versatile space including a professional AV system for sound, projector facilities and a sink. Tea and coffee facilities are also available. There is plenty of natural light and the space is totally accessible via automatic doors. The space is situated on the ground floor and there are no steps to traverse.
