The spacious oak floored drawing room overlooks the garden and seats 24 (ore up to 30) people for private dining. There is a high quality music system to set the mood plus a large 120" projection screen available.
The drawing room is decorated with an eclectic collection of original art and elegant furniture, warmed by underfloor heating, and provides a perfect environment for elegant dining. It leads directly to a beautiful serving kitchen, with cloakroom and washroom facilities adjacent.
There is an additional ante room available for small break-outs or 1:1 sessions plus a screening room for breakouts.

Expansive drawing room with oak floor and sash windows; two different kitchens: one family style/ traditional in dark wood and cream plus one modern in aluminium with granite island; two bedrooms: one with modern four poster bed and one very large bedroom with multiple viewpoints; attractive entrance and central hall; office/ study; ante/ therapy room; bright conservatory; large separate green room /multipurpose space; garden with level lawn and paving, outside terrace with fireplace and small forest area; covered alley; large industrial multipurpose outbuilding containing gym and sauna; old coach house. Most rooms are ground floor with easy power and lighting options.
