Host rules

The Hall is owned by the Westminster Diocesan Trust and can only be used for purposes which are consistent with the
charitable objects of the diocesan trust. It is a condition of all hiring’s that the Hall will not be used for any purpose which
is contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking terms
1. A booking will not be considered to be confirmed until the fully completed, signed booking form has been received
and the booking confirmed in writing by Rythmic Health. The booking form may cover a once only booking or a regular
weekly booking. Hire charges will be based on Rhythmic Health’s standard tariff which is subject to change. Agreed hire
charges will be as specified on the booking form
2. An invoice will be sent to the client on receipt of the signed booking form. Regular weekly bookings will
automatically be renewed unless notified otherwise in writing at least four weeks in advance and will be invoiced per
calendar month. The hire charge must be paid in full in advance of the month booked by BACS, Cash, or cheque. Failure to
make this payment will be considered a fundamental breach of contract. One off bookings are to be paid in full on booking
or by return post when the invoice is received. All bookings must be paid in advance.
3. Any changes to facilities used by the client subsequent to the signing of this agreement may result in additional
charges. Any such changes will be confirmed in writing to the client.
4. This agreement is solely for the client (company/person) named on the form and is not transferable.
5. All clients are liable for cancellation charges as follows
6. Rhythmic Health reserves the right to cancel this booking (or any part of it) without notice in the event of the
facilities booked being rendered unfit or unavailable for use. In such an event the client shall be entitled to a refund of the
cost of hire of the facilities only.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
