Host rules
| Minimum Spend payments / Bar Tabs |
- Bookings are based on an agreed, pre-paid minimum spend. Should your final spend not reach the pre-paid amount, the difference is non-refundable.
- We require that a card be placed behind the bar when you arrive at the venue, to secure any excess spend by your group on the day. It is the responsibility of your event organiser (not Shuffle Club Management or bar staff) to monitor the status of the tab.
- Should your final spend exceed the pre-paid minimum spend, the outstanding amount must be paid before you leave the venue on the date of your booking.
- All drinks must be purchased and consumed according to our licensing terms, on the day of your booking. We cannot give the value of any minimum spend shortfall in products sold to take off the premises.

- All group bookings must have a pre-order of food and drinks for your event, please advise us of your order no later than 28 working days before your event date. We cannot guarantee we can meet your exact order after this deadline.
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements when you place your pre-order.

- We reserve the right to remove anyone from the venue who is intoxicated or behaving in a manner which impacts other members of the club. This may extend to the whole group should warnings be ignored.
- For license reasons, those under 18 are only permitted to be in the venue up to 19:00 daily.
- Shuffle Club does not allow any third-party ticketed events. If we subsequently find out that an event booked with us is being advertised as a ticketed event or sold for profit, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
