Host rules

- You must designate one individual as your contact person.

- Please keep in mind when inviting Guests to your event, that you are inviting them to our home. We will expect visitors to conduct themselves in a mature, responsible and respectful manner.

- Catering can be provided upon enquiry - The catering service areas in the venue are not intended to be used as a kitchen for meal preparation.

- Any decorations, branding, signage, electrical configurations or construction must be pre-approved by GiantX.

- No smoking or vaping indoors - smoking areas are provided on each level.

- The possession of or use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the premises.

- The venue is not wheelchair friendly - we are a multi-level facility without a lift.

- Children under the age of 18 are your complete responsibility.

- A security guard/s will be present for all events where alcohol is served. This service is non-negotiable. The cost of this service is NOT included as part of the venue rental (unless noted otherwise).

- Leave the designated space clean and tidy.

About GIANTX HQ

GIANTX HQ is one of 3 headquarters of the GIANTX Esports club located in London, England.

It's not merely just an office, an event space, a place of gathering for gaming competitions or a training area for professional gamers, GIANTX HQ is a hub of all the above and much more.

Its modern interior has the flexibility to act as a unique hosting location for events from different sectors such as corporate events, training sessions, bootcamps, content shoots, team building activities, product presentations, and demonstrations.

It opened its doors in March 2022, and has become a reference point for studio rental, bootcamp facilitation and hosting gaming and esports events in London. Its industrial yet tasteful aesthetic, along with its technical and audio-visual structure, have led GIANTX HQ to become a desirable hub for hosting all sorts of plans.
