About this space

Our studio spans 547 square feet (50.8 square meters) with ceilings 3.40 meters high. Bathed in natural light from two large north-facing windows, the space also offers blackout options for controlled lighting conditions.

Equipped with a Colorama backdrop system and a portable wall, our studio easily adapts to your creative requirements. A custom storage solution allows for quick transformation of the space, clearing out all equipment to maximize the area for your project.

Studio Area:
- Makeup Station: Includes a vanity mirror with lights, a full-length mirror, a clothing rack with hangers, and a steamer. Curtains can be closed to provide privacy.
- Mini Portable Kitchen Trolley: Equipped with a kettle, an electric milk frother, and supplies for tea, coffee, and filtered water.
- Workspace/Chill Area: Features a desk space and some comfortable seating.

Host rules

- Once the slot is confirmed, we will ask for your information to complete the booking, along with a payment of either 50% or 100% of the total amount, depending on the booking date;

- A booking will be officially confirmed from our end upon receipt of payment for the invoice, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon in writing with the NOOK studio;

- During the reserved time, it is required to leave the studio in the same clean and orderly condition as it was found, ensuring all accessories and furniture are returned to their original positions, and that the lighting equipment is switched off and properly stored;

- Any damage resulting from improper use is the responsibility of the user. Consequently, any expenses for repairs or returns are kindly requested to be covered by the user;

- Any alterations, decorations, or additions to the studio must be approved in writing by the NOOK studio before implementation;

- Insurance: clients are kindly asked to have appropriate public liability insurance as they will not be covered by the studio insurance. Additionally, clients are responsible for insuring all items they bring into the building;

- Additional information: upon booking our studio, the entire space, including the shooting area, and makeup area, is exclusively reserved for you and your team.
