Features of Our Studio:
Extensive Equipment: We provide a wide range of equipment, from new state-of-the-art calisthenics and gymnastics equipment including bars, rings, blocks, as well as strength equipment like barbells and kettlebells which are available for use on request. Yoga mats and props are also available.
Versatile Space: Ideal for personal training sessions, group classes, workshops, fitness events, talks, photography and filming. Our flexible layout can be adapted to suit various activities.
Modern Amenities: Enjoy clean, modern facilities with ample natural light and comfortable changing rooms. We have 2 toilets, one shower cubicle and one wet room with a shower & accessible toilet. The whole space is easy to access, with no stairs and disabled access throughout.
Easily Accessible: There is metered parking outside the studio Mon-Sunday. The nearest transport is Bethnal Green tube station, Haggertson, London Fields, Hackney Downs, Hackney Central and Cambridge Heath over grounds.

Host rules
- No smoking in the building
- No shoes allowed to be worn in the studios
- Only the spaces that have been pre-booked are available to use, this includes private use of the cafe area.
- Please vacate the studio as quickly as you possibly can after your session has finished. We will always leave 15-minute intervals between sessions, but please be mindful of any other hirers and their sessions.
- Your own belongings are your responsibility when you are within the building. We will accept no responsibility for personal or professional items left on the premises.
- The studio must be left in a safe and tidy condition so that others can use it after you.
- The cafe space and reception area are not automatically included in the booking. Please advise at the time of booking should you wish to have any requirements to use this space privately.
- You are welcome to use all the equipment in the space - please look after them with care!
- You are responsible for the studio and its contents during your sessions. Any damage that occurs during this time must be brought to our attention and may incur a fee for cleaning, repair or replacement.

About Waking Dreams
We operate as a yoga studio, but in the 8 years, we have been open to host a variety of businesses in our space, including pop up clothing stores, plant shops, photography and film shoots, offices, beauty and massage therapists and many more.
Starting life as an empty shell, the units that play home to this space have been designed and furnished with ultimate ease and comfort in mind. Think soft beechwood furniture, striking Tala light installations and Ercol seating.
The studios are sat on the side of the bustling Broadway Market. Historically a working Victorian Street Market said to have been operating since 1883, Broadway is now one of the most visited street markets in London bringing thousands upon thousands of visitors each week. Home to over 70 shops, restaurants, bars and stalls, it is famous for being the place to see and be seen.
The studios are comprised of two commercial retail units, street-facing with glass frontage. We have an operating shop and reception area with seating followed by this 1000 Sq Ft studio space. Seating, tables and sofas can be provided. We have 2 toilets, one shower cubicle and one wet room with a shower & toilet. We also have a second studio space is a little over 800 Sq Ft. Both studios have skylights making the spaces light & airy. The whole space is easy to access, with no stairs and disabled access throughout.
