This versatile space is equipped with a range of facilities and key features to meet diverse needs.
Enjoy high-speed WiFi, ample natural light, and high ceilings that create a spacious and welcoming environment. 12-track LED adjustable lights illuminate the space, and large full-length mirrors are available for various uses. A blackout curtain can be used to divide the space as needed. For convenience, a kitchen area is available, that includes a fridge, microwave, and hot water dispenser.
The space is well-equipped with modern equipment, including two 32” televisions, a BENQ projector, tripods, continuous lights, and a variety of Colorama backdrops in various colors. For your convenience, there are three folding tables, six folding benches, and six folding chairs.
This venue has hosted a range of bookings, including casting auditions, self-taping for actors, rehearsals, music videos, photoshoots, filming, acting classes, workshops, private coaching sessions, homeschooling, and content creation.
Access is available 24 hours a day. The premises are also COVID-19 secure for your safety.

- Confetti or glitter are allowed

- No smoking in the building
- Food and drink is permitted in the studio with authorisation from the studio manager. Any spillages must be cleared by the client and reported to management. The studio must be left clean and tidy ready for the next client. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Under no circumstances should liquids be put in the bins. All dishes must be cleaned in the sink area outside the studio door. If additional bin liners are required please notify the studio manager If this is not adhered to, a cleaning fee will be added to the rate.

- 1 Nest security camera is in studio on the wall this can see the whole space
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited
