The maximum capacity at any given time is four people. (Disclaimer if booking a private business event or workshop then this doesn't count).

We understand that you may need to wear shoes for content purposes, if this is the case then we have provided shoe covers and cleaning wipes that can be used beforehand to ensure the floors and carpets are kept clean and tidy.

Light refreshments are allowed. Please avoid any fast food with strong smells and that are strongly pigmented.

The space is provided to you in a clean and tidy way and therefore we ask that you leave the space as you found it. There are cleaning items available to ensure these conditions are met.

Your time slot includes your arrival/setting up and packing away so please be punctual to make full use of the allocated time.

We operate on a strict no children or pets policy. This is purely to ensure the safety of children and pets. (Please contact us if you want to book a maternity/toddler photoshoot and we will make arrangements for their safety).

Please note CCTV is in operation 24/7 in all areas of the business centre and we also have a ring doorbell. This is for the safety of all clients.

Please note there is a loading lift located in building C if you need to transport goods. We advise NOT to personally get in the lift as it is solely used for goods/luggage.

We have provided quality furniture and products at your disposal for content purposes. Will will allow for general wear and tear, however for any purposeful or negligent damage there will be charges applied and will be subject to the extent of the damage. If any damages are made and payments are not upheld then you will be banned from booking in the future.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
