We offer a Luxury Soom with excellent natural lighting, perfect for content creation, podcast recording, private business meetings, and intimate events. The room is located in Battersea, London, approximately 15 minutes' walk from Clapham Junction and Clapham Common Station. Local parking and on-site payable parking are available.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, easy check-in, complimentary water subject to availability,a ring light, tripods, soft box lighting, sofa, 4 chairs and a high stool, 2 full length mirrors, a privacy screen for changing between shoots, and a makeup dresser for your use.
The room comes fully equipped with furniture, on-site toilets, and complete privacy during your booked sessions.

Host rules
We have different types of bookings based on the number of people booking at any given time. The maximum capacity at any given time will be five, eight or fourteen people. You will need to book the correct option based on the amount of people you will have attending with you. This is to account for any additional cleaning and check in services to accommodate your booking.

Max 8 people on booking of £85p/h
Max 14 people on booking of £120p/h
We understand that you may need to wear shoes for content purposes, if this is the case then please ensure they are clean beforehand to ensure the floors and carpets are kept clean and tidy. Please also ensure you clean after yourselves.
No food allowed in the studio during your session. However should you wish to book for an event that may require light refreshments then please email beforehand.
The space is provided to you in a clean and tidy and therefore we ask that you leave the space as you found it. There are cleaning items available to ensure these conditions are met.
Your booking includes your arrival/setting up and packing away so please be punctual to make full use of the allocated time.
We operate on a strict no children or pets policy. This is purely to ensure the safety of children and pets. (Please contact us if you want to book a maternity/toddler photoshoot and we will make arrangements for their safety).
Please note CCTV is in operation 24/7 in all areas of the business centre and we also have a ring doorbell that operates on a live feed. This is for the safety of all clients and booking times are being adhered to.
Please note there is a loading lift which can be used fir transporting goods as well as people. You will need to ensure that both doors are firmly shut and is used patiently for it to work efficiently. Any questions regarding the use of the lift then please email us.
Damages to items/furniture may result in additional charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
