About this space
This bright and airy room is ideal for small classes, after-school clubs, staff training sessions or meetings, pre-school activities and one-to-one sessions. It also includes a hanging system so can be used an exhibition space, with a range of partial and exclusive hire options available.
Our Meeting Room be opened on to the Courtyard to connect it to other spaces such as the Lodge or Walnut Grove. Tables and chairs are included in hire costs, with optional extras such as a short throw projector, projector screen or touchscreen TV also available.
The room measures 5.1m x 6m and can accommodate up to 30 people standing.

Setting up and tidying away is included within the hired time and is the responsibility of the hirer
Any waste that exceeds more than one bag is to be taken away by the hirer
All equipment must be returned to its rightful place and the facility left clean and tidy
SEACC reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time if circumstances require it
The hirer agrees to provide on request any necessary information on risk assessments, public liability insurance and membership
The hirer must inform the Bookings Administrator if they wish to provide alcohol
Booking form to be sent back within 3 working days of receiving it
All events must finish by 11 pm unless otherwise agreed with the Centre Director
The booking is not confirmed until payment has been made in full and the booking form has been returned to the Bookings Administrator
No alterations, additions or attachments may be made to the premises without prior agreement with the Centre Director
The hirer must report any accidents that happen on site to a member of SEACC staff and complete the relevant section in the accident book
The hirer agrees to be present during the hire and to fully comply with the hire condition and standard Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Situated in the heart of Fulham, Sands End Arts & Community Centre has a large hall, several smaller meeting room/gallery spaces and a wonderful outdoor courtyard, as well as a walnut tree grove. The café area can also be hired either separately or in connection with events in the main hall. Venue hire at the centre is available seven days a week between 9 am and 11 pm.
We have various spaces for hire on a regular basis or for one-off events, as well as room for long-term tenants. Celebrations, performance arts, playing, learning, community events, exercise, crafting, rehearsals, exhibitions, photo shoots, clubs and meetings; whatever you want to do, we’re here for you.
