- No alterations or decorations to the studio are permitted without prearrangement.
- The client will be liable for any loss or damage made to the building, fixtures and fittings, furniture appliances or equipment hired throughout the durations of the booking.
- Music can be played inside premises at a moderate and reasonable level. Clients are asked to consider other occupants and neighbour residents when using our facilities.
-The studio must be returned exactly as received: clean, undamaged, and with all items intact. Any deviation may result in additional charges.
