Bathed in natural light from west-facing warehouse windows, this space features wooden floorboards, a high vaulted ceiling with air conditioning, a vast 26ft wide raw plaster textured wall and contemporary stylised furnishings. The space has hosted events for TIKTOK, Playstation, META x Rayban, Adidas, NEXT, Dr Martens and more. The studio can be combined with our other spaces in Perseverance Works to provide 10,000 sq ft of space in total, perfect for large scale events and creative opportunities.

About Perseverance Works

Nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, Perseverance Works offers four studio spaces and a lounge across three floors. The building is part of a local heritage site and shares a vibrant courtyard with other independent art and design businesses. Our spaces are available to book together, providing a total of 10,000 sq ft, or can be hired individually depending on your needs. Each studio is unique in its own way, from panelled walls and parquet flooring to modern furniture and warehouse windows. Whilst offering certain characteristics, our spaces as always can be completely transformed to host any event.

We have an in-house lighting and AV department as well as partnerships with catering companies to ensure your event is always of the highest quality and easy to organise. The site also offers underground car parking and is close to multiple transport links such as Liverpool Street and Old Street stations.
