A bright, warehouse style space boasting 2,100sq feet of space, perfect for brand launches, press events and conferences. With an abundance of sunlight from west facing windows and views onto a picturesque courtyard this studio is sure to bring your event to life. Featuring white wooden floorboards, high vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls. Some of the clients we have hosted in this space include Dr Martens, NEXT, Gymshark and Adidas, accommodating product launches, workshops and more.
LOFT can be booked alongside our other studios at Perseverance Works to cater to larger events, with the potential of up to 10,000 sq ft of space. LOFT offers a trendy and clean backdrop for your event, it is located in the heart of Shoreditch with easily accessible transport links such as Liverpool Street, Hoxton and Old Street stations.

About Perseverance Works
Nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, Perseverance Works offers four studio spaces and a lounge across three floors. The building is part of a local heritage site and shares a vibrant courtyard with other independent art and design businesses. Our spaces are available to book together, providing a total of 10,000 sq ft, or can be hired individually depending on your needs. Each studio is unique in its own way, from panelled walls and parquet flooring to modern furniture and warehouse windows. Whilst offering certain characteristics, our spaces as always can be completely transformed to host any event.
We have an in-house lighting and AV department as well as partnerships with catering companies to ensure your event is always of the highest quality and easy to organise. The site also offers underground car parking and is close to multiple transport links such as Liverpool Street and Old Street stations.
