The room was set up ready and the display equipment connected first time without issue. Eriola was welcoming and gave us all the info needed. There was plenty of equipment such as pens and paper, flipchart etc for use. The bar downstairs served a range of decent soft drinks. The room was spacious and quiet.
The ceiling mounted projector was not positioned correctly (tilted upward) so part of the slides displayed off the top of the screen and onto the ceiling. I reported this and maintenance were called. The proposed solution was to wedge even more paper into the projector's bracket which failed to solve the problem, then the chap quietly left... Judging by the amount of paper wedged in the bracket this is an ongoing issue too...
