Host rules

Terms and Conditions:
- Please note that your full payment (including the cleaning bond) for renting the space, secures your
booking.
- No refunds after booking - you can however reschedule your event within the parameters below.
-Weekday bookings may be rescheduled up to 14 days before your booked date. Weekend bookings may
be rescheduled up to 4 weeks before your booked date.
- Inner Landing reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Your cleaning bond will be refunded to you 24 hours after your event, as long as you have left the space as you found it, clean and tidy with all equipment and props put neatly away.
- You must not make any alterations to the space without prior written consent. Any additional equipment you attend to bring in must be approved by Inner Landing in advance.
- No equipment may be taken off the premises (including but not limited to: plants, props, mats, reading
materials, candles and incense)
- You may access the space from the start time of your booking (no earlier) and must leave at the end of your booking time (no later).
- You must ensure proper supervision of the event and attendees at all times.
- You shall be responsible for any damages, losses, claims and costs arising as a result of your use of the space, and you shall indemnify Inner Landing from and against any expense liability loss claim or proceedings arising out of the course of or caused as a result of the space hire.
- You are responsible for replacing or reimbursing Inner Landing for any damaged equipment that occurs during your event.
- Please note: the courtyard is not included in the space hire and should only be used as a means to enter
and exit the space.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
