Studio One at LSA is a content creation studio featuring a large white room with a high ceiling and ample natural light, which can be controlled with blinds. The space is equipped with air conditioning and heating and is designed to accommodate up to 80 people.
The studio also includes comfortable chairs and is well-suited for a range of activities such as film production, photography, interviews, podcasts, and events.

You will sign a contract accepting liability for any breakages or damage and provide a credit card on arrival for any damage.
For bookings of more than 10 people please arrive ten minutes early with your credit card so we can charge a pre-authorised deposit of £1000. This won’t be deducted from your card but you will be charged in the event of any serious damage. You will need to provide a photo ID that matches the name on your credit card.
Permission is granted to film or stream within the main room itself but no other area of the studios or outside on the private property of the studio and adjacent businesses.
No access to the roof is granted and unauthorized access will result in your deposit being taken.
You cannot fix or hang anything to the furniture or fixtures or fittings of the studio including the light fittings.
You cannot stick anything to the walls or damage the walls.
Any props or equipment that you bring to the studio must be fire-safe and PAT-tested
Smoke, fog, and, haze machines are not permitted.
Smoking, vaping, or drugs are not permitted on the premises.
Naked flames like candles are not permitted.
Confetti, pyrotechnics, and CO2 cannons are not permitted.
Permission is granted to bring your own drinks or catering or bar staff but not to sell alcohol or sell tickets to the event, the event must be free entry and a private event.
LSA reserves the right to refuse entry or to expel anyone from the premises and to shut down the event if anything should cause a health and safety issue or security issue.
You are not permitted to promote the event in such a way that it could cause a rush of people to show up at the studio. You must keep to your allotted numbers. If we were to get a rush of people who are not officially on your list of attendees we would cancel the event and close the venue.
