Engel Bar's luxurious interiors, designed by Karen Taylor of Pattern Haus, pay homage to the opulent age of Art Deco with a blend of sumptuous textures and detailed craftsmanship. Engel draws inspiration from the golden age of 1920s Berlin. A decade marked by opulence, extravagance, and unfettered glamour.
The Bar offers a refined menu nodding to German and Austrian classics, including schnitzel and charcuterie, complemented by an impressive selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits. With live cabaret music every Wednesday and Thursday evening, Engel Bar creates a vibrant atmosphere perfect for social gatherings. The venue also features a fully equipped kitchen and entertainment space, making it ideal for events.

About Engel & Jang
Overlooking the courtyard and façade of the Royal Exchange, each of our spaces offer guests a spectacular view of the historic building. Bespoke menus can be curated either by our team or our Korean-Japanese sister restaurant Jang, and live music is also available on request.
