The Garden Room is the perfect room for small meetings, interviews, corporate events, breakfasts, and lunches. The meeting room table seats up to 12 people, with a 75" Smart TV Screen and Wi-Fi available for hire for your conferences or talks. Catering and refreshments are provided by the onsite team with a concierge available to greet your guests and ensure the smooth running of your day. Communal kitchen available within the venue.
Available on weekdays between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Early or late access could be considered upon request.

The Playhouse – a serene courtyard guides you to a spacious, a light-filled open-plan space, cosy break out rooms and luxe styling make this former theatre ideal for any occasion.
Adorned with greenery and furnishings from our Menier Lounge, this open-concept space features small breakout areas and is fully accessible for disabled users. Ideal for team away days, meetings, presentations, networking events, and product launches, this versatile venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a flexible layout that can be tailored to your needs.
We have a 65" & 55" TV screen available for hire and flipchart and whiteboard for conference purposes. Catering and refreshments are provided by the onsite team, who will ensure the smooth running of your day.

Additional chairs and tables available for hire if you'd need for cabaret, theatrical, U-shape, boardroom layout. Please get in touch for details.
Minimum booking of 4 hours. Full day rate as in up to 9-hour hire between 8am to 8pm, access time is the same as hire time, please include any set up or clear out time that you might need. Half day hire available from 8am to 2pm, or after 2.30pm, otherwise it'd be considered as a full day hire. Additional cost for before 8am and can open until 11pm and weekends, contact for specific quote. Consider further reductions for multiple day bookings or extended day.
Low impact photoshoots/filming/events we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours. Please contact us for info. Please contact for weekend hire in advance.
